Returns & Refund Policy

 

At Goodboy Kitchen, we prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of your furry friends. Our returns policy is designed to ensure you and your pet receive the best possible service.

  1. Subscription Pause and Adjustment:
    • Customers may pause their subscription at any time. The cost for paused days will be adjusted in the bill for the following month.
    • If a subscription is paused for more than 20 days within a month, the customer will be charged the higher of:
      • The price for 10 days of food.
      • The price for the food sent on the active subscription days.
  2. Subscription Cancellation:
    • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, any unused prepaid balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of any food already delivered.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  3. Menu Card Orders:
    • Items ordered from the menu card are prepared and delivered on a just-in-time model, meaning we prepare and deliver the order only upon receiving payment.
    • Menu card orders are non-continuous and are delivered only when we receive the order.
    • We follow a strict no returns policy for items ordered from the menu card. However, in the event of damage to goods at the time of delivery, the order can be claimed again.
  4. Delivery Issues:
    • If there are any issues with the delivery, such as damaged packaging or incorrect orders, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
    • We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or adjustment as necessary.
