Returns & Refund Policy
At Goodboy Kitchen, we prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of your furry friends. Our returns policy is designed to ensure you and your pet receive the best possible service.
- Subscription Pause and Adjustment:
- Customers may pause their subscription at any time. The cost for paused days will be adjusted in the bill for the following month.
- If a subscription is paused for more than 20 days within a month, the customer will be charged the higher of:
- The price for 10 days of food.
- The price for the food sent on the active subscription days.
- Subscription Cancellation:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, any unused prepaid balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of any food already delivered.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Menu Card Orders:
- Items ordered from the menu card are prepared and delivered on a just-in-time model, meaning we prepare and deliver the order only upon receiving payment.
- Menu card orders are non-continuous and are delivered only when we receive the order.
- We follow a strict no returns policy for items ordered from the menu card. However, in the event of damage to goods at the time of delivery, the order can be claimed again.
- Delivery Issues:
- If there are any issues with the delivery, such as damaged packaging or incorrect orders, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or adjustment as necessary.
