Welcome to Goodboy Kitchen. By subscribing to our service or ordering from our menu card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Model:
   • Subscriptions are prepaid and begin upon receipt of payment.
   • Meals are delivered daily to the customer’s specified address.
2. Subscription Pause and Adjustment:
   • Customers may pause their subscription by notifying us in advance.
   • The cost for paused days will be adjusted in the bill for the following month.
   • If a subscription is paused for more than 20 days in a month, the customer will be charged the higher of:
     • The price for 10 days of food.
     • The price for the food sent on the active subscription days.
3. Billing and Payment:
   • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
   • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
   • Any adjustments for paused days will be reflected in the following month’s bill.
4. Menu Card Orders:
   • Items ordered from the menu card are prepared and delivered on a just-in-time model, meaning we prepare and deliver the order only upon receiving payment.
   • Menu card orders are non-continuous and are delivered only when we receive the order.
   • We follow a strict no returns policy for items ordered from the menu card. However, in the event of damage to goods at the time of delivery, the order can be claimed again.
5. Cancellation:
   • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
   • Any unused prepaid balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of any food already delivered.
   • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
6. Delivery:
   • Deliveries will be made daily to the customer’s specified address.
   • In case of delivery issues, customers must contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Food Quality and Safety:
   • Our meals are prepared using fresh, human-grade ingredients.
   • We ensure all meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
8. Customization:
   • Meals are customized based on your dog’s specific nutritional requirements, activity level, life stage, breed, medical history, and taste preferences.
   • Customization is done with the assistance of a veterinary doctor specializing in canine nutrition.
9. Changes to Terms:
   • Goodboy Kitchen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
   • Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
